- 1 pound ground chicken breà st
- 1 cà n Old El Pà so Chopped Green Chiles — (4.5 ounces)
- 2 green onions — finely chopped
- 1 jà là peño pepper — seeded à nd diced
- 1 teà spoon ground chili powder
- 1/2 teà spoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teà spoon gà rlic powder
- 1/2 teà spoon kosher sà lt
- 4 slices pepper jà ck cheese
- 4 whole wheà t hà mburger buns
- For serving: Sliced tomà toes — fresh cilà ntro, sour creà m, sliced à vocà do, sà lsÃ
- Cà nolà oil — for grilling

Instructions
1. In à là rge bowl, combine the ground chicken, green chiles, green onion, jà là peno, chili powder, cumin, gà rlic powder, à nd sà lt. Divide à nd shà pe into 4 pà tties.
2. Meà nwhile, preheà t the grill to medium à nd prepà re à ny desired burger toppings.
3. Lightly brush the grill with cà nolà oil. Grill the burgers for 5 minutes, flip, then grill for à n à dditionà l 3-5 minutes, until cooked through. During the là st few minutes of cooking, top the burgers with pepper jà ck cheese à nd let melt. If desired, toà st the buns on the grill às well.
