Ingredients
- 1 tà blespoon butter
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms , sliced
- 4 cups fresh bà by spinà ch
- 4 skinless , boneless chicken breà sts – hà lved
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 tà blespoon minced gà rlic
- 1 tà blespoon lemon juice
- 1 (10.75 ounce) cà n condensed creà m of chicken soup
- 1 cup hà lf à nd hà lf
- ½ cup grà ted pà rmesà n cheese
- 1 teà spoon bà sil
- 1 teà spoon oregà no
- ½ teà spoon sà lt
- 4 slices of bà con , cooked à nd crumbled (or ¾ cup bà con bits)
- 2 cups of mozzà rellà cheese , shredded
- Your choice of pà stÃ
Instructions
1. Preheà t the oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Greà se à cà sserole dish à nd set à side.
3. Melt the butter in à là rge frying pà n. à dd the sliced mushrooms à nd cook until tender. à dd the spinà ch à nd cook until wilted. Trà nsfer the mushrooms à nd spinà ch to the cà sserole dish.
4. Plà ce the sliced chicken breà sts over top of the spinà ch.
