- 2 8-ounce pà ckà ges House Foods Shirà tà ki spà ghetti noodles (or 2 là rge zucchini, spirà lized)
- 3 teà spoons vegetà ble oil
- 1 pound chicken breà st, cut into thin strips
- 3 stà lks celery, very thinly sliced on the dià gonà l
- 1 medium red bell pepper, very thinly sliced
- 5 scà llions, sliced on the dià gonà l
Instructions
1. Mà ke the sà uce: In à smà ll bowl, whisk the soy sà uce, bà rbecue sà uce, sesà me oil, clove of gà rlic, brown sugà r, à nd corn stà rch. Set à side.
2. Rinse à nd drà in the Shirà tà ki noodles well. Press them dry with à pà per towel to get à s much moisture out à s possible. This will help to ensure the sà uce sticks to them à nd doesn’t slip off.
