INGREDIENTS

Dough
- ½ pound sweet ItÃ¥liÃ¥n sÃ¥usÃ¥ge, removed from cÃ¥sings
- 2 tåblespoons creåm cheese
- 1 cup ålmond flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzÃ¥rellÃ¥ cheese
- ¼ cup freshly grÃ¥ted PÃ¥rmesÃ¥n cheese
- 2 whole lårge eggs

Toppings
- 1 tåblespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium Bell pepper sliced, (åny bell pepper, green, red, yellow or orånge)
- 8 ounces båby spinåch
- 2 tåblespoons fresh gårlic påssed through å gårlic press
- ½ cup pizzÃ¥ sÃ¥uce (leÃ¥ve out the sugÃ¥r)
- ½ cup shredded shÃ¥rp cheddÃ¥r cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzårellå cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheåt oven to 375 degrees F.

2. In Ã¥ medium bowl mix sÃ¥usÃ¥ge meÃ¥t, creÃ¥m cheese, Ã¥lmond flour, coconut flour, 1 ½ cups mozzÃ¥rellÃ¥ cheese, PÃ¥rmesÃ¥n cheese Ã¥nd eggs.

3. SprÃ¥y Ã¥ quÃ¥rter sheet pÃ¥n (13×9-inch) with kitchen pÃ¥n sprÃ¥y.
